Washington DC – In response to criticisms of confusing IVF and IUI, Democratic nominee for vice president Tim Walz defended his position as “consistent”.
“Whether it’s IVF or IUI, I obviously don’t know where to put it,” he said. “That’s why there are tampons in boys’ bathrooms of schools. I don’t where to put those either. I’m consistent at least.”
Walz added that it was all an honest mistake with “spelling and grammar and letters of the alphabet”.
“I was speaking in general, I mean sergeant, I mean corporal, corporate terms,” he said. “I think most Americans get that one can easily confuse IUI and DUI. Look at Paul Pelosi, he probably got hit by both on the same night.”
