The Worldwide Corona Crisis: Global Coup d’État Against Humanity by Michel Chossudovsky of Global Research aims to provide an overview of the plandemic and its objectives. It was first published around August 2022.
The pdf is free to download at Global Research and is 172 pages including the front matter. Apart from the preface, the main text is organized into 15 chapters.
The Preface is a brief description/outline of the book and the author’s method. He cites data as well as quotations from scientific reports, scientists, media and civil authority bodies as part of the analysis. Citations are listed as endnotes at the end of each chapter.
It is written for a general audience and is easily accessible. The layout design can be more professional but it is still easy enough to read or skim. If one has been half-awake and following the events, then there will probably be nothing new.
I do appreciate that the author is aiming for a balanced length. Despite the page-count of 172 pages, it is not that long. It could be 70 pages but that may come across as lacking in detail. It could easily be 700 pages but that would probably be too long for most readers, so this length contains enough substance that serves as a convenient resource.
Chapter I is the introduction which simply lays out the author’s thesis, that simulation exercises, lockdowns and disinformation, amongst other things, resulted in the shutdown of the global economy. In short:
The tendency is towards the imposition of a totalitarian state.
A few comments are made for each chapter. They are not intended as a summary, merely to give a glimpse of the content.
Chapter II provides a convenient timeline, the bulk of it covering from 19 September 2019 when ID2020 Alliance for Digital ID was held to 18 March 2020 when the US imposed its lockdown.
After that date, a few major events are covered ending with the Monkeypox Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) held on 23 July 2022. In short, the numbers of infected and the rate of infection do justify pandemic measures.
Chapter III is about detecting the virus and the fraudulent PCR test which does “not identify/detect the virus”. At the time Dr Christian Drosten and his team at the Berlin Virology Institute made up the PCR test, the virus had not been properly isolated and identified.
Setting the above aside, the test detects fragments of genetic material and therefore produces false positives. According to Swiss immunologist Dr B. Stadler:
So if we do a PCR corona test on an immune person, it is not a virus that is detected, but a small shattered part of the viral genome. The test comes back positive for as long as there are tiny shattered parts of the virus left. Even if the infectious viri are long dead, a corona test can come back positive, because the PCR method multiplies even a tiny fraction of the viral genetic material enough [to be detected].
There is the issue of the number cycles as it is an amplification technique. Many tests had been running at 35 or greater cycles and yet the WHO later admitted that anything >35 is invalid.
Chapter IV and Chapter V examine the effects of the engineered economic crisis caused by the lockdowns simultaneously applied in 190 countries on 11 March 2020. The lockdowns disrupted air travel and transportation not just generally but also specifically bilateral US-China trade relations.
US commodity imports from China declined by 28.3% in the course of the first three months of the corona crisis.
The stocks fell sharply in late February 2020 which is conveniently attributed to the virus. This obviously is impossible for it is human decisions that caused it.
Other effects include bankruptcies, unemployment, closing of small businesses, exacerbation of pre-existing conditions such as famines, and stalling children’s education.
In short, economic warfare leads to the redistribution of money that benefits those who already control the money. Big Pharma obviously acquired a lot of money but Bill Gates also acquired much farm land. According to the The Land Report, he has 268,984 acres in the US in 2021.
Chapter VI discusses the impact on mental health, starting with the increase in suicides. For example, there was a sudden upward trend in the number of suicides in Japan in 2020.
In October 2020 (compared to October of the previous year), female suicides had increased by 83% (in comparison to male suicides which increased by 22% over the same time period).
This also applied to school-aged children:
Japan recorded 415 suicides among schoolchildren aged 6 to 18 during the 2020 school year—the highest number since records began in 1974…. The figure was 31% higher than the previous school year, when 317 schoolchildren died.
Deaths attributable to drug use also rose. For example, in Canada,
[t]he number of opioid-related deaths increased quickly in the weeks following the state of emergency declaration in Ontario on March 17, 2020. Overall, there was a 38.2% increase in opioid-related deaths in the first 15 weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic (695 deaths; average of 46 deaths weekly) compared to the 15 weeks immediately prior (503 deaths; average of 34 deaths weekly).
Alcohol consumption is often related to drug abuse. According to a report by the RAND Corporation:
A national survey [US] found that the overall frequency of alcohol consumption increased by 14% among adults over age 30, compared to the same time last year. The increase was 19% among all adults aged 30 to 59, 17% among women, and 10% among for non-Hispanic white adults.
Big Pharma benefited from not just the sale of “vaccines” but also opioids.
Chapter VII covers the intrigue regarding the suppression of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). Regarding the Lancet article published in May 2020 that smeared HCQ and was later retracted, it should be noted that whilst Surgisphere Corporation was blamed, it was written by Prof. Mandeep Mehra under Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and Harvard Medical School.
The study on Gilead Sciences’ remdesivir was also conducted by BWH even though it was not under Mehra. The placebo test trials began in February 2020, the abovementioned fake HCQ study was published in May and on the same day, the preliminary report for remdesivir was also published.
In June, fake HCQ study was retracted followed by Dr Anthony Fauci’s announcement of the HHS agreement with Gilead Sciences for remdesivir.
The initial study had merely 61 patients. The subsequent study involved 1,063 hospitalized patients, mostly based in the US. This begs the question of whether the study was even real as there were merely around that number of confirmed cases outside of China at the time, and over half of them were on the cruise ship Diamond Princess.
Chapter VIII is about the infamous “vaccine”. Amongst other observations, the vaccine was
…applied worldwide and enforced by powerful financial Interest. Not a single country, with the exception of Burundi, Tanzania and Haiti, had the courage to refuse the mRNA vaccine.
In a rather interesting coincidence,
…immediately following president Jovenel Moise’s assassination on July 7, 2021, president Joe Biden promptly sent half a million vaccine doses (and more to come, courtesy of Uncle Sam) delivered by COVAX to Port-au-Prince six days after Moise’s passing. This first shipment to Haiti was part of a US Aid Program consisting of 500 million doses of the “killer vaccine” which was slated to be sent to a large number of developing countries.
Setting aside that there were no grounds for the FDA’s “emergency use” authorization, the timing of the vaccine development was also suspicious. The development of the vaccine was announced “a week prior to the official launching by the WHO of a Worldwide Public Health Emergency” on 30 January 2020.
The lead entity for the novel coronavirus vaccine initiative is the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), an organization sponsored and financed by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
In an interview published in February 2020, CEPI CEO Richard Hatchett indicated that the vaccine was already in development in 2019.
We did that in the last year or so. We are using the information that we have collected and have that team now thinking about opportunities for scaling vaccines of various different types. That is a work in progress. For some of the technologies the tech transfer [to a manufacturer] may be something that could be done in a time frame that was pertinent to the epidemic, potentially.
Chossudovsky thinks this was even before the Event 201 exercise in October 2019 but this is unclear. What is clear is that Hatchett is referring to 2019.
Simultaneously, ID2020 digital ID platform was underway. The founding partners include Microsoft, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) which is connected to the Gates Foundation.
Ultimately, the goal is apparent:
The vaccine passport is the endgame, which constitutes a transition towards digital tyranny and depopulation.
Chapter IX recounts the “2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic” as a “dress rehearsal” (posed as a rhetorical question, of course).
In short, the COVID plandemic follows the same script: exaggeration of the deadliness of the virus, pushing for vaccine development, implementation the unsafe vaccines and dismissing the harm caused, including causing brain damage and deaths of children.
At the time, Prof. Neil Ferguson of Imperial College, London, advised Bill Gates and the WHO:
“We might expect up to 30 per cent—40 per cent of the population to become ill in the next six months if this truly turns into a pandemic,” said Professor Neil Ferguson, a member of the World Health Organisation (WHO) taskforce which decided to raise its alert over the virus to level four.
The author highlights the following in case one doesn’t remember the name.
That was the same Neil Ferguson (generously supported by the Gates Foundation) who designed the coronavirus lockdown model (launched on March 11, 2020). As we recall, that March 2020 mathematical model was based on “predictions” of 600,000 deaths in the UK.
Chapter X briefly discusses the “scientific studies” that conveniently label those who disagree with the official narrative as having “personality disorders”. As examples, the text discusses the Brazilian study “Compliance with containment measures to the COVID-19 pandemic over time: Do antisocial traits matter?” by F.K. Miguel et al and the Polish study “Adaptive and maladaptive behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic: The roles of Dark Triad traits, collective narcissism, and health beliefs” by B. Nowak et al. In short, the questionnaire and categorization begs the question.
The author warns that the world heading towards a “Digital Witch Hunt” and mentions the Spanish Inquisition as a vague comparison. By the way, the so-called history surrounding the latter is mostly myth but that is another topic, but one understands the image.
Chapter XI briefly discusses the Nuremberg Code. The COVID-19 “vaccines” are experimental and mandating or pressuring the population to take them violates the first principle of the Nuremberg Code. There are 10 principles and said vaccines violate 9.
Chapter XII analyzes the situation from the angle of “economic warfare”. The author begins by mentioning his own experience whilst in Chile on 11 September 1973.
As a visiting professor at the Catholic University of Chile, I lived through the military coup directed against the democratically elected government of Salvador Allende. It was a CIA operation led by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger coupled with devastating macro-economic reforms. In the month following the coup d’etat, the price of bread increased from 11 to 40 escudos overnight. This engineered collapse of both real wages and employment under the Pinochet dictatorship was conducive to a nationwide process of impoverishment.
The lockdown and consequent economic shutdown is the “shock treatment” by the elite financial entities applied globally instead of one country at a time. This is so that they can acquire the little they don’t already have and further consolidate their control.
Chapter XIII covers the “digital tyranny” starting with the use of the QR code used for vaccination status as well as tracking and tracing.
In early 2022, the WHO signed a major contract with Deutsche Telekom T Systems to develop a QR Verification App and software which is to be applied worldwide.
This ties into the WHO’s “Treaty on Pandemics”, amongst other initiatives regarding digital ID and tracking, which obviously indicates possible plandemics to give an excuse to implement these digital platforms for surveillance and control.
At the time of writing, the author mentions Monkeypox as the next possible plandemic although this has yet to occur as of early August 2024.
Chapter XIV and Chapter XV are obviously the concluding comments. The “two strategic pillars of the COVID agenda” are the lockdowns and the so-called vaccines for the purposes of depopulation (and control).
This is consistent to the history of eugenics that involves the sterilization, for example, of third-world countries using vaccines. The author cites a Sunday Times report dated 24 May 2009 about a secret meeting in early May that year during the so-called H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic. The meeting was sponsored by Bill Gates and was attended by, amongst others, David Rockefeller, Warren Buffett, George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner and Oprah Winfrey.
SOME of America’s leading billionaires have met secretly to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population and speed up improvements in health and education. The philanthropists who attended a summit convened on the initiative of Bill Gates, the Microsoft co-founder, discussed joining forces to overcome political and religious obstacles to change.
The author cites the “Storming of the Bastille” and the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen as an example of the population revolting against authority—apart from the fact that the storming was a false flag of sorts and the whole revolution, including the declaration of the rights of man, was a freemasonic idea. But one gets the idea from the image.
The author warns that the legal process, like all other areas, is run by those who are controlled by the “elites”. In other words, there needs to be a network from all areas who are against this tyranny and the effort needs to be targeted.
Large scale street protests will not prevail unless they are focused on effectively disabling this corrupt decision-making process.
