The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health by RFK Jnr is not the first book about the corruption and questionable machinations of pharmaceutical companies and certain key figures, but is certainly a solid attempt that is relevant given the current events.
At approximately 450 pages in overall length, it is not short. But the author tries to be brief in his approach by providing the details, general and specific, and then move on. In that regard, the text can be described as dense but the pacing is nonetheless managed well.
Although the font size and margins can be more generous—obviously to minimize the page count—the layout is clean and the text is easily accessible. As expected, the author writes well. There are a few typos, which is not surprising considering the volume and the obvious attempt to be up-to-date until the manuscript went to print (October 2021).
The text is organized into 12 chapters, and the first chapter at approximately 95 pages (excluding endnotes) covers the so-called COVID-19 pandemic. To those who have not been following the current events, the first chapter will be very informative. And to those who have, it may nonetheless reinforce one’s observations and sanity.
The subsequent 11 chapters cover the history of Fauci’s approach to health management:
pushing false narratives including exaggerating health threats to obtain funding
funding R&D of new drugs in collaboration with Big Pharma and through individuals to ensure their loyalty and future support
rigging trial protocols to approve dangerous drugs (including vaccines) for monetary gain whilst hiding injuries and deaths
demonizing unpatented but effective treatments
demonizing and cancelling anyone who threatens to expose any of the above by utilizing connections—in other words, building and maintaining the so-called Medical-Industrial Complex.
Given the sheer number, citations are presented as endnotes at the end of each chapter and not as footnotes. There is no keyword or subject index. This is admittedly difficult given the density and unavoidable repetition of certain names and keywords, but it may be helpful if future editions include at least a basic index.
Both the author and publisher note that this book should be considered as a live document with updates to be provided on the website as more information is made available.

It is impossible to faithfully summarize the book. I truly recommend reading it. Some highly generalized points are included below. Given the current events, more is provided regarding the first chapter.
Chapter 1 – Mismanaging a Pandemic
Early treatment was deliberately ignored with doctors who did promote them censored. Up to at least 60% of deaths were preventable and as well reduced infectivity and the infectivity period. Some doctors are of the opinion that higher than 60% could have been prevented.
Drugs for early treatment included hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), ivermectin (IVM), azithromycin or docycycline, zinc, Vitamin D, Celebrex, bromhexine, NAC, vitamin C, quercetin, povidone iodine, hydrogen peroxide, hypochlorite, mouthwash with cetylpyridinium chloride, Prednisone, Budesonid, Famotidine and Fluvoxamine.
HCQ and other therapeutics were a threat to Fauci’s and Bill Gates’s $48-billion vaccine project since under federal law, vaccines and medicines may not qualify for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) unless there is “no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the candidate product” for the particular disease.
French and Canadian authorities reclassified HCQ from over-the-counter to prescription. US and South Africa destroyed large amounts of HCQ. Mainstream media and Big Tech contributed to the anti-HCQ narrative.
WHO approved IVM as safe and effective for human use in 1996. In April 2020, Dr Kylie Wagstaff from Melbourne, Australia, published research that showed IVM can eliminate SARS-CoV-2 in vitro. Peru, Argentina and India, amongst other countries, initially adopted it to great effectiveness.
Merck and Pfzier conveniently develop a drug that uses the same action as IVM whilst the mainstream narrative slandered IVM as a “horse de-wormer”. Interestingly, Merck’s molnupiravir was initially developed as a horse drug.
Remdesivir was developed by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) with Gilead, a company in which Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation owns a $6.5-million stake. The drug is sold at $3,120 per treatment, approximately one thousand times the cost of HCQ and IVM. It also allowed Fauci to appear to invest in a treatment that was not a vaccine. Fauci’s own trials, which were not properly placebo-controlled, showed that the drug was highly toxic and caused kidney failure.
A Chinese placebo-controlled study showed Remdesivir to be ineffective and highly toxic. A study by WHO in October 2020, which was a much larger study involving 11,266 patients, found that it did not reduce mortality or the need for a ventilator or the length of hospital stay.
Fauci pushed the vaccine when, historically, coronavirus vaccines for humans are difficult due to the constant mutations of the virus. There were no long-term trials, which could lead to the generally predictable problem of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) or pathogenic priming.
Fauci worked with social media platforms to censor reports of adverse events. For example, the author mentions Bill Gates–funded Politifact as having worked with FackCheck which receives funding from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. This organization is currently headed by Besser, former acting head of the CDC.
In 2010, the Agency for Health Care Research Quality (AHRQ) developed an AI system to more efficiently capture adverse events compared to VAERS which under-reports. CDC terminated the project.
CDC discouraged autopsies for suspected vaccine deaths.
According to UK government data, there was an increase in death of teenagers after the vaccine rollout, suggesting that vaccines are way more dangerous for children than COVID-19 itself.
Chapter 2 – Pharma Profits over Public Health
Fauci uses taxpayers’s money to fund R&D of new drugs instead of studying actual health issues. Working with universities and pharmaceutical companies, patented drugs are developed. He then collaborates with the latter regarding pricing, obviously raking in the profit from royalties.
Chapter 3 – The HIV Pandemic Template for Pharma Profiteering
A study by the CDC and Johns Hopkins in 2000 concluded that vaccination does not account for the declines in infectious disease mortality in the first half of the 20th century when relatively few vaccines and antibiotics were available.
A study by McKinlay in 1977 made a similar conclusion. Nonetheless, the pro-vaxx camp often claim that vaccines made the contribution.
As infectious disease mortalities dropped, the CDC required a crisis to justify its existence. Fauci’s predecessor, NIAID Director Richard M. Krause, pushed the “microbes” narrative.
Along with Merck, NIAID concocted the fake swine flu pandemic in 1976 in order to push a dangerous vaccine that triggered Guillain-Barre syndrome. Resignations followed and Fauci then became the NIAID Director in 1984.
Whilst Fauci didn’t create it, he certainly built the empire using “principal investigators” (PIs) and funding their research for new drugs, in effect collaborating with pharmaceutical companies. In 1987, $4.6 billion of NIH’s $6.1 billion budget went to these researchers. At present, this amount is $7.6 billion.
PIs are also in key positions like medical boards and therefore are able to conveniently approve of their own patented drugs (and subsequently receive royalties) even if they are ineffective or even dangerous, an obvious conflict of interest. The system also does not fund research that does not sustain it.
Chapter 4 – The Pandemic Template: AIDS and AZT
Azidothymidine (AZT) was initially developed in 1964 as leukemia chemotherapy but was shelved for being highly toxic. Fauci resurrected the drug for AIDS whilst suppressing effective drugs such as aerosol pentamidine and Bactrim. The usual tactic is to deny the existence of data but then also refuse to conduct research. AZT was subsequently manufactured by Burroughs Wellcome.
Dire predictions such as 1 billion people infected by 1996 obviously never happened.
Despite a momentary change of tactics when Fauci seemingly agreed to work on researching existing drugs, these studies were nonetheless rigged.
Meanwhile, trials for AZT were fast-tracked, including skipping animal trials, much like the recent Pfizer mRNA vaccines. Until then, no AIDS drugs were produced after having received $374 million from Congress.
Fauci would then follow the same template of fast-tracking new drugs, taking advantage of rules that are meant to be applied to re-purposing existing drugs.
Chapter 5 – The HIV Heresies
Fauci pushed the commonly accepted view that HIV is the sole cause of AIDS.
However, there are other views. For example, Dr Peter Duesberg argues otherwise and has pointed out that millions have HIV who never develop AIDS and “thousands of known AIDS cases” in patients are not infected with HIV.
French virologist Dr Luc Montagnier was the first to isolate HIV. A sample was later sent to Dr Robert Gallo, a Fauci ally. In 1984, Gallo claimed the discovery of HIV as his own and linked it to AIDS. [Montagnier promoted the use of HCQ in early treatment of COVID-19.]
The above claim was based on finding faint traces of HIV in merely 26 of 72 patients.
Fauci did not fund research that did not assume HIV was the sole cause of AIDS.
The definition of AIDS was also broadened and varies from one country to another. Using the PCR technique in testing picked up individuals who did not have active HIV infection. Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR technique, warned as much.
AIDS in Africa is different from the West. The former involves mostly heterosexual females whereas the latter involves mostly homosexual males.
Gallo’s antibody test is based on antibodies extracted from AIDS patients, not from the result of exposure to an isolated HIV sample. Also, the presence of antibodies could be due to previous exposure and therefore begs the question of whether a positive test result means active infection or natural immunity.
HIV being the cause of AIDS fails at least three of the four Koch’s postulates.
HIV viral loads are typically low in AIDS patients. Also, HIV is a rare and weak virus that is difficult to detect and is not cytocidal. This does not seem to match AIDS, a supposedly deadly condition.
Chapter 6 – Burning the HIV Heretics
This chapter discusses with more specific detail some of the points mentioned in the previous chapter, particularly how Fauci dealt with Duesberg for his views, including cutting off funding for his research, convincing the media to in effect blacklist him and blocking publishing access to scientific journals.
The author then outlines alternative theories to the cause of AIDS as described by scientists who have discovered certain associations to AIDS patients. These include heavy drug use (particularly poppers) in the gay party scene, Kaposi’s Sarcoma (KS) in those who are HIV-negative, the use of AZT which correlated with increased death rates due to AIDS, the presence of the highly destructive human herpesvirus HHV6, and the presence of mycoplasma in HIV-negative patients with immunodeficiencies.
Dr Konstance Knox discovered that HHV6A is “sensitive” to acyclovir, an off-patent drug. Not surprisingly, Fauci has never allocated any funding to researching HHV6 or mycoplasma discovered independently by Dr Shyh-Ching Lo and Montagnier.
Chapter 7 – Dr Fauci, Mr Hyde: NIAID’s Barbaric and Illegal Experiments on Children
NIAID and Big Pharma used children as lab rats for their drug development. These children were typically Black and Hispanic who have been removed from their homes by the Agency for Child Service (ACS).
According to investigative journalist Liam Scheff, Fauci ran experiments on “hundreds” of HIV-positive foster children at Incarnation Children’s Center (ICC) in NYC and in “numerous” facilities in New York and six other states between 1988 and 2002.
Investigative reporter Celia Farber found a mass grave at Gate of Heaven cemetery in Hawthorne, New York. She noted “upward of one thousand children’s names” engraved on large tombstones. It is unclear how many children died as a result of NIAID experiments since the information regarding their deaths are conveniently missing.
Some children were forced to take the drug if they refused.
John Solomon identified at least 48 AIDS experiments conducted by NIAID on foster children in seven states, “mostly in violation of the federal requirement that NIAID provide those children with an advocate”. Solomon revealed at least 465 foster children were subjected to experiments in NYC, and NIAID provided an advocate to less than one-third of the children.
The Vera Institute Report in 2009 investigated the 20-year period when NIAID experimented on foster children and found, amongst other things, that 80 of the 532 who participated in clinical trials died in foster care.
Documents obtained in January 2021 via FOIA show that Fauci approved a NIAID grant of $424,000 for exposing infected flies to 28 healthy Beagle puppies. It was 196 days before they were euthanized.
Chapter 8 – White Mischief: Dr Fauci’s African Atrocities
Under the guise of charity, Fauci and pharmaceutical companies conducted trials on the African population. AZT and the highly toxic Nevirapine were trialed.
Trial standards were lowered, such as “minor” instead of “serious” and “serious adverse event” instead of “death”, to hide the severity of adverse events. There was also the lack of a genuine placebo-control group.
Missing, incomplete and undated documentation was found, including the convenient loss of a log that recorded adverse events and deaths during an audit.

This is nothing new as the US had conducted dangerous trials on Black minority for decades.
Dr Betsy Smith and Dr Jonathan M. Fishbein did not participate in the cover-up and actually followed up on the “irregularities”. During the attempt to have Fishbein dismissed, he moved for whistleblower protection. A termination deal was negotiated but he was nonetheless “cancelled”.
Chapter 9 – The White Man’s Burden
This chapter briefly goes through some of the key figures and their failures.
In 1990, Gallo’s HIV vaccine experiment killed three AIDS patients of the nineteen volunteers. He reported it as “no deaths”.
Dr Robert Redfield and Dr Deborah Birx were Army medical officers who led AIDS research in the 1980s and 1990s. Redfield was busted for manipulating and publishing misleading information. Nevertheless, President Trump put Redfield in charge of the CDC and Birx as the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator.
Bill Gates came from a wealthy family and teamed up with Fauci in 2000.
In 1910, the Rockefeller Foundation recommended “centralizing” medical schooling in the US and abolishing miasma (terrain) theory in favor of germ theory. Half of the medical schools in the US closed and the pharmaceutical industry promoted whilst natural medicines and the holistic and nutritional approach were suppressed.
Historically, it was Louis Pasteur and Robert Kock who argued against Antoine Béchamp regarding the two schools of thought. Béchamp favored terrain theory and it is said that Pasteur recanted his belief in the germ theory on this deathbed.
In 1911, the US Supreme Court ruled Standard Oil to be an “unreasonable monopoly”. It was then subsequently split into 34 companies which, ironically, actually helped Rockefeller operations.
From 1913 to 1951, the Rockefeller Foundation’s International Health Division operated in over 80 countries, opening markets for oil, mining and pharmaceuticals, as well as having provided almost half the budget for the League of Nations Health Organization.
Gates and Fauci trialed AIDS vaccines for years in Africa and have not come up with one. On at least two occasions, the vaccine tested actually raised the chances of infection.
Gates funded COVID-19 vaccine trials by different companies and six manufacturing plants.
Gates in effect controlled WHO’s budget since he donated $1 billion of $5.6 billion, tax-deductible of course.
Although a source of funding and acting as a conduit to supply Fauci’s vaccines to various countries around the world, Gates has not given up the patents.
COVID-19 vaccination rates in Africa are generally low but so is their mortality rate. However, there seems to be a statistically anomalous number of African leaders—17 at the time of printing—who were skeptical of vaccine programs and who have died since the pandemic started. The author does not endorse nor dismiss the possibility that these individuals were assassinated.
According to 2006 data, African nations that received below-average Gates funding more often had improved child mortality rates.
According to Tim Schwab, Gates has given at least $250 million in grants to media outlets.
Chapter 10 – More Harm than Good
The author accused HHS of not conducting placebo-controlled trials for the 16 vaccines that are given to American children. In October 2017, the author sued the HHS to produce the safety studies.
During 1970s, the diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (DTP) vaccine caused severe brain injury and even death in 1 in 300 vaccinated children. This vaccine used whole-cell pertussis.
In 1991, the US, EU and Japan switched to the safer attenuated version (DTaP). The old stockpile was then dumped on African children. A 2017 study by Mogensen et al shows that DTP-vaccinated girls had 10 times higher mortality than unvaccinated children.
Mercury-based thimerosal is used as a preservative and adjuvant in some vaccines. These were dumped on African children.
Gates funded malaria and meningitis vaccine trials in Africa, vaccines that were ineffective and lethal.
Similar to Rockefeller, Gates supports population control by supplying Depo-Proveva to African women. This is a highly toxic drug manufactured by Pfizer which under US federal law requires the FDA black box warning. This warning, of course, is not given to the Africans and the drug increased the chances of HIV.
In 2014, Kenyan catholic authorities suspected that Gates’s tetanus vaccines were a cover for forced sterilization of women. The suspicion was based on the obvious deviation from the typical schedule of giving one single injection to both males and females since their risks are equal. Instead, girls of childbearing age were given the vaccines in five doses at 6-month intervals. Also, these vaccines were distributed from a hotel under armed guard. Later, some of these vials were tested and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) were detected.
Gates’s polio vaccines in India caused polio.
HPV vaccines in the US seem to increase the risk of cancer and infertility.
Due to the reluctance of some Indian doctors to push Hepatitis B and Hib vaccines, the older DTP vaccine was replaced with a new “pentavalent vaccine” that contained DTP, Hepatitis B and Hib. From 2008 to 2012, these were used in various countries such as Sri Lanka and Vietnam, amongst others. However, these jabs were halted when babies died.
Chapter 11 – Hyping Phony Epidemics: “Crying Wolf”
The swine flu of 1976 (H1N1) started when a soldier died at Fort Dix due to some lung condition. NIAID lied to the government and public that it was the same strain as the 1918 Spanish flu.
A vaccine was rushed into distribution and 49 million Americans took it before it was discontinued, resulting in 32 deaths and 400 cases of paralysis, amongst as many as 4,000 injuries. The government paid out over $83 million in injury claims.
Dr John Anthony Morris criticized the vaccine’s safety and was harassed and eventually fired.
The National Childhood Vaccine Act of 1986 shielded all mandated vaccines from liability. The Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development of 2005 practically granted vaccine manufacturers full immunity from prosecution.
In 2008, Gates funded a study to engineer mosquitoes as a delivery system for a malaria vaccine. In 2021, he funded the effort to have mosquitoes deliver the coronavirus vaccine to the vaccine-hesitant.
Fauci attempted to push the 2005 bird flu, 2009 Hong Kong swine flu, 2016 Zika and 2016 Dengue by following the same template (to varying degrees). Even though these did not turn into pandemics, unsafe and effective vaccines were given with many consequent injuries and death, including 600 Filipino children dead from the Dengue vaccine.
Chapter 12 – Germ Games
The US government worked on bioweapons and drugs during WWII. This included applications in programs such CIA’s MKUltra.
Despite treaties, US kept some stockpiles since the treaty allows this for the purposes of vaccine production, such as for anthrax.
The US has used “biosecurity” as a means to obtain funding and to further certain foreign policies.
Dr Robert P. Kadlec is a retired USAF colonel who served as Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services for Preparedness and Response from 2017 until January 2021. According to journalist Whitney Webb, he is connected to intelligence, military intelligence and corporations.
Kadlec lead the tabletop simulation Dark Winter in June 2001. The scenario involved a smallpox attack in the US. The countermeasures explored included quarantines, censorship, masking, lockdowns and vaccinations. In an interesting coincidence, the 2001 anthrax attacks occurred during September and October.
The attacks remain unsolved. FBI failed to confirm the presence of bentonite in the anthrax which would suggest an Iraqi origin. Instead, FBI identified three possible locations in the US, including Fort Detrick.
Bruce Ivins who ran the lab in Fort Detrick “committed suicide”. According to former FBI investigator Richard Lambert, the FBI suppressed evidence that would have exonerated Ivins.
The Department of Defense (DoD) has strict systems when it comes to bio-research, so this was transferred to NIAID under Fauci. In 2001, the budget received was $1.7 billion.
Dr Michael Callahan as DARPA director started PREDICT in 2009, a project that happens to be the largest single source of funding to Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance that was involved with gain-of-function research.
BioPort was established in 1998 by Ibrahim El-hibri, his son, Fuad, and former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral William Crowe Jr. BioPort signed an exclusive contract with the Pentagon to manufacture the anthrax vaccine for troops. The vaccine was untested but BioPort had no liability.
BioPort was renamed to Emergent BioSolutions in 2004 and continued to receive contracts to manufacture vaccines, including smallpox vaccines. Through Kadlec, Emergent signed a $480-million contract to manufacture J&J COVID-19 vaccines. Emergent also signed other contracts with Astrazeneca and Novavax (Gates).
The author briefly discusses the tabletop exercises named Atlantic Storm (2003 and 2005), Global Mercury (2003), SCL simulation (2005), Lockstep simulation (2010), MARS (2017), SPARS (2017), Clade X (2018), Crimson Contagion (2019), Event 201 (2019) as well as the TOPOFF practical exercises (2000–2007), pointing out that these exercises involved took a very militaristic approach. They explored countermeasures such as masking, lockdowns, mass vaccinations and censorship, but were never about public health by educating the public on how to maintain one’s immune system.
Interestingly, these exercises resemble the events of this so-called pandemic, in particular MARS which involved a respiratory virus coming from a market in a China-like country. The author also highlights that the COVID-19 pandemic follows the SPARS exercise except that it starts in 2025.
DARPA financed the technology behind the Moderna jab.
The author concludes the chapter with a short list of key figures who advocated for censorship and the draconian measures implemented during this so-called pandemic.
