Washington DC – In response to the latest memo outlining the rotation of media outlets through the Pentagon, outgoing media parties have expressed outrage.
“Just because we haven’t said anything useful in recent years doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be notified individually,” said spokesperson for MSNBS. “The disrespect!”
“This move is so against public interest,” said another on behalf of an outlet that nobody watches anymore. “How can we issue fake news to the public without our own office in the Pentagram, I mean Pentagon?”
The office of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has not responded to further comment although a staffer, speaking on the condition of anonymity, stated, “My boss just shrugged and said, ‘Didn’t they get the memo?’”
In other news, the DNC has stated that David Hoggwash as Vice Chair is “totally not against public interest” because it might make people even less interested.
