EuroMOMO tracks excess mortality from 25 countries, including by age group.
Given the interest regarding excess mortality, particularly in the young, and the suspected cause being the so-called COVID-19 vaccine, I thought I post some graphs from EuroMOMO. These graphs do not prove that but the generally continuing trend of excess mortality begs the question.
Below are cumulative graphs for All Ages, 0–14 years and 15–44 years. All include the years 2019 and 2020 for comparison. Note the different colors and scales.
As one can see, for All Ages, 2020 is worse than 2019. Whilst this is the case for the age group 15–44 years, it is not for the age group 0–14 years since children are not particularly at risk of COVID-19.
Despite the vaccine rollout for adults in December 2020, the excess trend continues in 2021, including for the age group 15–44 years. For the age group 0–14 years, the situation improves to a deficit before getting back to the baseline towards the end of 2021. In many European countries, vaccine rollout for children did not begin until December 2021 or later.
In 2022 for All Ages, 0–14 years and 15–44 years, the excess trend continues.
In 2023 for All Ages and 0–14 years, the excess trend continues. For the age group 15–44 years, it stabilizes back to the baseline although there is a relative spike in around week 40.
In 2024 so far for All Ages, 0–14 years and 15–44 years, there is excess mortality but have recently dropped.
