The previous posts have figures from the US and the European Economic Area (EEA). This post also includes figures from the UK and Australia. The figures are for doses, not the number of so-called vaccinees since some people require two doses. Please note the different dates.
US (as of 21 May 2021)
281.60 million doses administered with 262,521 adverse events reported:
~93.2 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 1,073 doses.
The reports can be called up at vaers.hhs.gov/data.html and medalerts.org/vaersdb/index.php. There is some variation in the figures between the two platforms. The screenshot is from the latter.
EEA (as of 29 May 2021)
Astrazeneca – 53,935,050 doses administered with 114,591 adverse events reported:
~212.5 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 471 doses.
Moderna – 25,427,017 doses administered with 19,987 adverse events reported:
~78.6 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 1272 doses.
Pfizer-Biontech (Tozinameran) – 174,434,697 doses administered with 154,666 adverse events reported:
~88.7 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 1128 doses.

UK (as of 19 May 2021)
58,489,834 doses administered with 236,960 suspected adverse events reported:
~405.1 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 247 doses.

Australia (as of 27 May 2021)
3,613,053 doses administered with 22,031 adverse events reported:
~609.8 adverse events per 100,000 doses, or 1 adverse event per 164 doses.
The report can be found on the Australian Department of Health website.
Compare all of the above to the supposedly safe MMR vaccine: ~5 adverse events per 100,000 doses or 1 adverse event per 20,000 doses.
